Return & Exchange Policy
 • Due to the hygienic nature of our baby and personal products, we do not offer returns or refunds.
 • "Return to Exchange" will only be accepted if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition (e.g., torn fabric or manufacturing defect).
 • To be eligible for such an exchange, the customer must provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the damage, starting from the sealed package.
• Also the exchange window is maximum 5 days from the date product is received by the customer.

Important Note
• No returns or complaints will be entertained without an unboxing video.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
