3. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment.

• KuddleComfy reserves the right to cancel any order in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.

• Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or high order volume.

• We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping partner.

5. Returns & Cancellations

• Due to hygienic reasons, returns or exchanges are not allowed, except in the case of a damaged or defective item.

• Returns will only be accepted with a complete unboxing video starting from the sealed package.

• Cancellation requests are accepted within 6 hours of placing the order.

• Also the return/exchange window is 5 days from the date product is received.
